TAPPS provides the forms that must be used and completed for students to participate in Athletics. These forms are downloadable from either the TAPPS website or below. Physicals and forms are to be completed and returned to the Athletic Director prior to participation in team practice which begins in early August. Physicals are provided at no cost to students on a schedule day in July during the summer. Athlete's families will be notified of this date via email from the school.
Remember, all athletes must have a current sports physical on file with the athletic office before they may being practices or games. This is the only day the school will be offering free physicals, so take advantage if you can! Both a male and a female will be on hand to conduct the exams. ALSO, don't forget to download current TAPPS sports physical paperwork and bring it signed by a parent/guardian.
